I'm less and less interested in eating at McDonald's anymore. It seems like 75% of their stores, including this one, hide their... soda bar in the back of the kitchen now, so free refills are harder to get (or refused completely by uncooperating staff, ashappened to me at a few Philly locations). Also, a lot of locations rarely have a person manning a register anymore and expectyou to use their kiosks to "save time" (which is a lie--it takes 7-10 seconds for a register worker to take an order, but 2-7minutes for customers to use the kiosk--I've watched). You always have to interrupt an employee and call someone over to theregister. McDonald's hopes that by leaving their register area abandoned you will use their kiosk out of exhaustion. The people that work here are very nice , but I don't recommend using the "order ahead" option unless you plan to go inside to... get it. My husband has asked me to pick up orders here four times, every time our food was cold when I got it, every car thatwas in the drive up before I got there, plus more, were through it and gone long before they brought the food out to mycar. They always get the order right, (no pickles, etc) and don't outright forget anything. I think it's more the janky way theapp prioritizes orders than the restaurant or the people that work there. A wonderful change from the McDonald's in Pittsburgh a few days ago. Pleasant employees and service, no employees yelling at... each other. Will definitely visit this McDonald's again. Read more
Older lady that took the order wasn't friendly at all, kinda had an attitude. Probably wouldn't return to that one. Next time... I'll take the grand kids to Burger King. Much more pleasant and friendly. Read more
Used Door Dash and everytime we did the dashers are always great. Tonight we bought McDonald's and was disappointed the boxes... were soggy and no bacon on the bacon Double cheeseburgers we ordered meat wasn't cooked all the way. Read more
I stopped one day after work to get food. Came home with my order and the burger was raw an I mean raw in the middle. I will... never stop at this store again. When I called about the food after I seen it when I got home they were rude to me on the phonedidn't even offer to refund me or replace my food.
