Not a common place for me to stop, but having twice gone to this location and my order was made wrong or I was given someone... else's order. Supposedly is new staff. Check your orders before you leave the lot. I paid for one order and got somethingSUBSTANTIALLY LESS in price. Please supervise new staff far better. Read more

The past few months I have noticed the cheese in the quesadillas is consistently not all the way melted. I have been just... dealing with it but today I went to get one and this is what it looked like. Not even close to melted. I went back through thedrive thru and they were nice and made me another one but it was still not melted and had tons of sauce this time. I watchedthem make it and they didn?t even check to see if it was melted. I used to work at Taco Bell and I swear the timer for thequesadilla grill used to be 21 seconds and now I can see it?s 17 seconds. It?s clearly not long enough to melt the cheese! Read more
Slow service. Employees were more focused on their own conversation. I checked the bag as I left the parking lot; they forgot an... item so I had to spend another 15 minutes in line waiting to have it addressed. Apparently the gave Me the incorrect order;therefore somebody else also received the wrong order. I was given the correct items but it was almost 30 minutes for fast food. Read more
