The rooms were a good size. There was some confusion with our dog and the manager told us we didn?t book the correct room for... our pet even though we put in the comments we were bringing a dog and told the desk when we checked in. So if you?re bringing apet make sure to call first. Unfortunately our room never got cleaned, we did have do not disturb because of the dog for 2 daysbut removed that on the third day but unfortunately the room was missed. Still 4 stars for the value. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel, exceeding my expectations! For the price it is, it?s super worth it and offers quite a lot of... amenities and it has big rooms! We would come back again if ever we pass by the Charlevoix region! Read more
Beautiful hotel ,,, I got a coffee I said I was ready to order and she said she was not the waitress so I waited the other... waitress served other people so I left ,,,, I was told to wear my mask the manager walked around without his , plus some of hisfriends also ,,, the staff did there job they were just following orders Read more
Clean comfortable hotel. The gentleman who is the evening concierge had absolutely outstanding recommendations for activities... and dining. There is snowmobile rental place right up the street Adventure Laurentine which could not have been more fun!! Willdefinitely be back! Read more
Room was clean. It was called renovated, but the sofa looked like it has seen better days. Loved the rad heaters, quiet and does... not disturb your sleep. Down blanket kept us very warm. Very strange toilet which once flushed first appears to overflow(yikes). Service is borderline rude. Employees treat the hotel like their own home, which is great for the employer, but quitethe opposite for guests. Waitresses in the restaurant refuse to speak English. They act very stressed, huff and puff at anydispleasure. Breakfast was "included" if you book direct, but hotel does not have a coffee / tea station in the lobby. Want acup of coffee to wake up - drink the room coffee with coffee mate instead, or do what we did, go to the restaurant and ask for acup of coffee - you will be greeted with so much attitude you will lose your appetite. We stayed at the hotel for a night to go ski at Le Massif the next morning. It was all around good experience. The room was as... described and clean. I found that the shower was really small though and I'm not that tall (about 5'10) so it might be somethingto keep in mind if you're taller than this. Only one other thing annoyed me during our stay, is that our included breakfastdidn't include service. I believe that if hotels want to include breakfast in a package, they shouldn't be allowed to call itfree breakfast if gratuities aren't included in the voucher. Overall not a bad experience, not impressed by rooms or the building I'm general. The service, actually we never got any... service... they never cleaned our room..(internal policies, for covid reasons)mostly I had a feeling that everything wasdictated by laziness.
