Why do I keep giving them second chances? Speaking from my own personal experience, they are slow and mess up a lot of... orders. An old coworker ordered coffee with no sugar, when he got it it was too sweet to even entertain drinking. I and multipleothers have noticed different charges for the same items from one day to the next. A few times they waited until AFTER we paidto tell me that they don't have any of what we ordered available. Once I asked for a chocolate glazed doughnut, paid, droveaway. When I got it out it wasn't glazed, but rather covered in regular table sugar. I haven't eaten a doughnut there since. Iused to get toast here some mornings when I was hungry enough, but the last time I did i practically had to scream at the drivethru for them to hear me, and than fight with them that I only wanted one order of toast and not two... When I got it, it washalf burnt and took 15 minutes. And today, I was hungry, so I stepped out of work, drove there and back, opened my "doublechocolate chip muffin" to find a regular muffin. Went back, sorted it out, got the "double chocolate chip muffin" that had nochocolate chips... If you ask me, these are all big mistakes and problems that have been going on for a while and they refuseto fix. I really don't know why I keep giving them another chance, but today may have been their last chance from me. I don'trecommend this place. Read more
Quiet place. Very friendly staff. Great for a good coffee.
Good breakfast. Eggs over easy had firm whites and runny yolks like they should. They let me substitute bacon and sausage for x2... bacon. Bacon was done "Goldilocks" right, not to much and not to little. Slightly crispy edges with fat "cooked" through. Ifonly they were open for breakfast a bit earlier I would have gone during week not just weekend. Read more
I truly love Robin's. Not being from the area, I was happy to hear that they had a location close to our summer home. Today, I... went in to get a tea. There was no one in line. After waiting 10 minutes and not getting served; I walked out. I pulled inthrough the drive thru. I was met by a sweet girl at the window. I told her that I had to leave the store then go through thru.She apologized but one of the other workers rudely told me that I could not have been in there that long and if I was, they wereslammed with the drive thru. 2 cars went through while I was inside. He told me that there was only 2 of them working; there was4 of them behind the counter. I am not disputing their interpretation of being busy but some in-house training in businesscommunications and etiquette wouldn't go astray. Read more

Couldn't get a bagel before noon??? That makes zero sense.. bagels are a breakfast item why wouldn't you be able to order bagels... during breakfast time? We just drove away and didn't bother ordering anything, sandwiches for breakfast was the whole reason wewent and we couldn't order them. Read more
Today I was eating in. We generally use the drive through. We entered and there were signs to wear a mask and hand wash... available. We walked up to order and noticed that none of the servers were wearing masks and there is no glass between us andthe servers. My husband stayed in spot to place our order while I scanned for a table. I noticed that nothing was wiped down.Every other table had a green check mark but there were crumbs on the tables and seats. One table still had a used tray withgarbage sitting on it. I took the hand wash from the front entrance and some paper towels to clean an area for ourselves. Afterwe sat down some customers came in with no masks, didn't wipe there hands and placed an order. Nothing was said by theunprotected staff. FYI Food and coffee is excellent here. Read more
Ordered BLT, it had 1 half piece of bacon, half of a tomato and small piece of lettuce. I paid $5.00 for this. Not much of a... sandwich. They also didn't ask if I wanted a meal. Read more
