Service: 1/5. Sat down quickly enough during lunch time - place was half empty. Service was immediately poor from the start.... Water didn?t arrive for several minutes, no utensils after ordering and had to go up to the bar to request forks, and the bottleof ketchup on the table was already empty. Ordered a Pepsi after food arrived, which was never delivered, and had to flag down apassing waiter to request a water refill. After paying, some guy domes up and immediately clears the table, including takingaway the waters. If there was ever a signal to ?get out? this is it. Mediocrity from start to finish - customer service is afarce here. Food: 2/5. Boneless wings arrived cold and extremely salty (not deducting for salty food - that?s a personalpreference). Having been to multiple BWW, this is the worst BWW across the many I?ve been to in different states. Save yourtime, money, and go someplace where customer service is actually a thing. I am very disappointed in this Buffalo wild wings location. every time I have come here recently they serve me a shriveled up... piece of chicken that is dry yet greasy. I must be insane to keep coming here because the definition of insanity is doing thesame thing over and over again expecting a different result but all I keep getting is dry chicken wings that disappoint me andmy family. Update: I saw the manager and went to go speak to him, and he saw my annoyed face, turned around, and walked quickly away. I... lost him somewhere near the bar. 10/10 evasiveness. 0/10 service. If you want to order takeout here?no you don?t. Save an hourof your life. They have one worker that has to run to the opposite end of the restaurant every 10 minutes to see if your orderis ready. I don?t usually write a reviews. Today I had a horrible at Buffalo Wild Wings in falls church I order boneless mild wings and... French fries. When the order came, it had no sauce dry as hell and the food was cold, I was very hungry otherwise I would leave. This place has a poor management. Fork and knife weren?t washed properly I wiped with napkins. The manager is veryunprofessional. When we spend our hard earning dollars we expecting a great service. Food was made to order, hot, and tastey. Our waitress was friendly. The atmosphere of the whole place was casual and slow. It... was late in the evening when we arrived, but not crowded. Today was my first time having BWW. I ordered boneless wings and carrots/celery. I got 3 mooshy celery sticks and no carrots.... And my wings were extremely dry. Not to mention that I was 10 minutes early than the time I was given for pickup. My food wasalready done (site said my order wasn?t ready) and it was cold. Sad first Buffalo Wild Wing experience. Did not have a great experience tonight. Called to order BOGO wings and the guy working the desk wasn't very helpful. The lady... who brought the wings from the kitchen was nice, she helped me get my order. Got home and the order was wrong. We ordered oneseasoned with lemon pepper and one with the wild sauce, but we only received the lemon pepper. The the ones we did receive hadvery little seasoning on them, they were basically plain wings. They were awful. Some weren't cooked all the way either, theywere pink in the middle.
