Had to wait more than a minute at the pay counter which isn't a concern but when someone did show up, it was to check out two... people that just came to the counter to pay for their carryout food by the pound . The cashier didn't bother asking who was nextbut instead started attending to the two people she probably followed from the buffet floor even after I said "excuse me but Iwas here first". DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Starting off by say it was Friday night before the dinner rush (I’ve been a hostess before so I know how... it busy it can get.) First off the hostess didn’t greet when entering then she didn’t even seat us (my mother and I) to ourtable, she stood up walked towards the table area and pointed to a booth. Secondly the food wasn’t good at all it tasted likeit had been sitting under the heat lamps all day. Thirdly when leaving one of the waitresses proceeds to ask for a tip for doingher job is paid to do (i know it is very little but both waitresses had attitudes)and they only gave my mother a refill whenasked to instead of taking initiative (her cup was almost empty) all they cared about were groups of 3 or more people to servein order to get a tip. This little gem hidden underneath the stairwell of the TJMax is Out of this world! The food is always hot and scrumptious, they... always have something new. Very clean place the staff is very kind. I don't always eat a ton when I go to buffets but at thisplace I seriously can't stop myself from having more than 4 plates. I eat all over the world. As a combat Veteran, I have eaten some nasty food in some nether regions in various parts of the... globe. I was invited here by a colleague. Didn't expect much from a Buffet, but the simple nastiness of the place truly shockedme. The worst restaurants in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kyrgyzstan were miles better than this sad place. The food, was uniformly sodisgusting, that I had to pretend to be sick to avoid eating... Ended up eating a bit of spaghetti noodle masquerading as Asiannoodles. I was afraid to even touch the soup. Wwouldn;t be surprised to find cockroaches in its fried rice. It was soamazingly disgusting that I intend to take my family here on a "tour" one day just to show them what truly disgusting restaurantlooks like in real life. Read more
