5 stars. Except for really slow service on Sunday. We had to wait in the drive thru line for nearly 24 hours it seemed! ;)

My cousin visited from Virginia. To our surprise she had never eaten at Chick-fil-A. Once Kolby, the store operator, heard this... news he sprang into action definitely creating an Awesome experience. The staff members were friendly and very organized. Therestaurant was very clean, and the service & food were excellent. Thanks Mr. Kolby Shepherd and staff for creating a welcomingatmosphere and providing excellent service. The first time I ordered my Chick-fil-A deluxe I ordered it with no pickles add bacon and extra cheese I get home open my... sandwich and there?s no chicken I called Chick-fil-A to have it remade and they say no problem I get up there have to wait atleast 10 minutes to have it remade then I get my sandwich and it?s still not the way it supposed to be. I don?t even know whatto say at this point I?m so frustrated I didn?t even go back and they made it with no extra cheese like I specifically made sureI said a couple of times and they still put pickles on it I just don?t understand it I didn?t even go back at that point becauseI?m just so frustrated I want to get home I don?t feel good already I?m not even supposed to be out because I?m sick and insteadof making my experience easy the way it is supposed to be they?ve just made my experience hell I don?t know what?s going onwith this place but I have never been to a Chick-fil-A that was like this Read more
Chick-fil-A recently opened a new restaurant in Bainbridge, Georgia and I had to check it out. It was larger than I expected.... They were busy (no surprise) and the staff friendly. Many employees came out to offer refills, etc. It has a nice playroom forthe kids, too. Fast service, friendly smiles and fantastic food! Read more
