Ordered the monster 1/3 lb burger with no tomato. It came a single cheeseburger without bacon, only one slice of cheese and had... multiple tomatoes on it. Also ordered plain chicken sandwich with mustard only. It came plain with nothing and could see wherethey took the Mayo and tomato off of it. New onion rings NASTY ????????????. I see why they ask you to pull forward away fromwindow even when no one else is in line because they walk out throw you your bags and walk off before you look inside bag. Exactreason why I hate fast-food restaurants and drive through windows. They just give you what they want to get rid of it. Whathappened to making stuff fresh? Just plain sorry and nasty!!!! This particular Hardee's is off the charts. The friendliest, cheerful, polite, accommodating folks you could ever want to know.
We took our service dog in on 7/15/22 at 6:24 pm. There were 2 women behind the counter. Before we made it to the counter the... older woman said, ?You can?t have that dog in HERE!? My wife told her that she is her service dog and pointed at her vest. Thelady just kept saying that the dog can?t be in there. My wife tried to show her her service vest and that we had been in theremany times before. She was rude and her tone was aggressive. My wife told the employee outside on break, nice young man by theway, about what happened and he said that he was sorry. We will never go back! And, actually it?s against the law to inquireabout a service dog. Thank you Bainbridge, GA store. We weren?t allowed to order; only yelled at! Read more
