If I cloud rate lower I would. Apparently they don't have LG BOWLS...FOR ANYTHING....EVER!! I've gone up there several times in... the last 6 months and they tell me the same thing everytime, that they dont have big enough blows for put anything in. Not forMashed potatoes. I like the food at KFC, but the last few times that I've gone they have been out of stuff. Also, you have to ask for something... as simple as napkins and salt. I think they should ask if you need anything else before shutting the window where to get theirattention by either sitting and waiting until they realize you are still there or having to knock on the window. They are toobusy trying to beat the clock for how fast they are supposed to be, even if they have to move you out of the line to sit andwait for your order. They need to go through how to give good customer service. Read more

Ordered two 3 piece meals mixed, one original and one crispy. I got two 2 piece meals and no slaw and all dark meat. Great deal... right ...not! If you can't get this right you're in the wrong position. Tried to call and no answer because they took phone offthe hook! I would give zero stars if possible. Bainbridge KFC was once a great place to eat, they had good service and good foodthose day's are long gone. As for me I'll never return! Read more
Just not the same as it use to be in the early 2000s poor quality of food and they never have 2 things that match.
