A typical less average dining experience. Food was ok overall that's why I gave them two stars. No plastic cutlery in the bag,... no big deal I guess except for the slaw. Very lethargic and less than enthusiastic crew members. Seemed two be having a hardtime with the rush of 3 customers.There appeared to be two managers working and they were doing less than the almost inactivecrew. This is by far the worst zaxbys I've been to and it's not because of the food. The men's bathroom has a broke urinal taped over,... there is no soap as soap dispenser is broken and hanging sideways on the wall. How are those employees washing their handswithout soap??? Its almost 50degrees inside even though its Georgia summertime. I think these young people don't want peoplesitting inside or they just want to freeze up a unit. The food is trash nowadays. It?s either cold/the chicken is fried too hard. I ordered the signature club sandwich, and the... chicken seem as if it had been sitting out all day/morning. Sandwich was extremely dry. Was highly disappointed. Nowadays fastfood isn?t worth it. They?re raising the prices but the food is garbage. Read more
