Honestly the worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. They ALWAYS mess up the order, get angry when you want it fixed, and the workers... are just so rude in general. Really wish this location would get better since it would be nice to have a Dunkin right down theroad from me I could actually go to and enjoy. Read more
Love my Dunkin Carmel swirl coffee just cream.
First off the girl looked annoyed..then when i got my coffee it was cold...a guy helped me and gave me another coffee..meanwhile... waiting for the other coffee..the girl got an attitude bc i complained about my cold coffee and the guy wanted to give me alesson on why my coffee was cold. Bc of my milk...it does matter how much milk is in my coffee it should b hot...i shouldntget a lesson on coffee and i shouldnt get an attitude or questioned about my cold coffee. Few weeks ago I got the cranberry/ apple refresher was amazing definitely could taste cranberry and apple and the drink was the... color of cranberry juice then today I orderered it and it nasty had just enough cranberry to make it pink the rest taste likesour apples nasty not happy we ordered 2 and they both taste the same . I go there often, it?s the closest coffee place and the most convenient. It?s hit or miss. Sometimes they will mess up your... order badly, sometimes the coffee will taste like water, sometimes it tastes like battery acid. The staff are also hit or miss,there are a few really lovely people, but there are some that don?t care about their job and will easily mess up. If you likeRussian roulette, this is your place. Edit: Let it be known that on April 13, 2021, I was given an iced tea with milk in itinstead of an iced coffee. They really thought they could get away with this. Rude staff if you are not a people person then customer service is not for you! Not to mention I ask for a chocolate frosted... donut and you give me jelly munchkins. Their espresso machine NEVER WORKS! So if you're driving out of your way to get any kind of expresso drink, CALL AHEAD!
