We stop here during the week to grab a snack for our daughter after her nearby university class ends. Recently, one of our... orders was not what we'd requested. We didn't have time to go in and talk with them, but at our next visit we asked to speakwith a manager and got a man named Lee. When I showed this kind gentleman our receipt and a photo he handled the situationswiftly and with great professionalism. He ensured the new order was correct and said we were not to pay for this current order.He also had several very courteous young individuals working there near the window, one named Alan was exceptionallyprofessional and kind. It is one of the better drive through locations-- nice to be ensured napkins in the bag and a request forwhat sauce you might like with your nuggets. My only hope is that they might consider not charging 50 cents for a tiny bit ofshredded lettuce on a fish, when you are asking to sub out the cheese. Definitely recommend this when you need a quick snack andhaven't much time to stop. Read more

In 9/25/22. Waited in the lobby for over 35 minutes for an order of 2 burgers and 2 nuggets. A manager came out as I asked for... a refund not wanting to wait any longer. Instead of taking the information from the slip and entering it into the register forrefund she was unable to fulfill. The task and wanted me to walk through the order again verbally. The individual made severalcomments within several customers hearing mocking individuals waiting longer or as long as we did. Upon eventually receivingour order I shared my disappointment with her and was engaged back with excuses and to contact her manager if I had a problem.I have a problem with loud mouth unprofessional individuals that promote being the problem and not a solution. The individualsshould absolutely receive more or proper training or not be in charge of any guest relations. If we?re an employee of mine Iwould be embarrassed of the representation. Even when leaving she made a point to be loud over the counter which brought me backin. I will never return to this location and sadly the food was really well prepared. I understand the hospitality field andhave been active in the industry for over 40 years. My involvement in culinary arts training the past 10 years and being adirector of an academic credentialed degreed program clearly flagged this person as lacking in many of the basic essentials andskills needed to be in a position of leadership. I walked in and there was 4 people standing around the registers as soon as they made eye contact with me they all hid.. I had... to place my order on a touch screen. Once my order was called they forgot my drink. I had to wait an additional 8 minutes forsomeone to come to the counter. I asked for fresh fries because i had to wait. Terrible service. Will not return. Read more

My chicken sandwich was burnt and the bread was saturated. My fries were old and the high C orange tasted as if it needs to be... changed. My fish sandwich was replaced with chicken nuggets instead. Probably the worse mobile order ever and it?s a 15mindrive. I?m definitely not happy and won?t be returning. Read more

Not Loving it...pah dah pom pah pah! McDonald's French Fries. The gold standard of fries! Not at this location. Consistency is... a key factor to a successful business but the only consistency is that the fries are horrible. Since this is the closestlocation to my home, I really do not look forward getting food from here. The fries are always sub par with them either cold,soft on the outside hard on the inside or something else. If this only happens once in a while, I would not complain after all,we are talking about a fast food chain not known for exquisite quality and accuracy. However, it has been several months since Ihave had a good, not great experience. I eat there maybe once a month and each experience makes me not want to come so the gapkeeps getting longer. The staff is nice so I don't think that's the problem but the food consistency has been severely lacking.Big Mac, you too are not as good as you should be! Lately the bread has been coming out like the bag it came in was left openovernight. Overall, this location should be at a much higher level than where it is at. On a positive note, breakfast seems tobe fine so it got an extra star for that. Read more

Friendly staff and super clean but... waited forever for my food then order was incomplete. I asked for my missing... carecarmel.frapp and chicken cookk must have been mad it came smashed. See photo. Easy order. 10 minutes my order on screen wasbeing served and it was not even complete. Bad service especially during my now wasted lunch break. Read more

Clean and orderly McDonald's. A bit slow thru the drive thru line as they only had one open. Manager was saying they they don't... have enough employees. Food is very consistent and hot. Had a burger with no pickle and no onion and they made the order prettyfast and accurate. Read more
