Hit or miss at this location. First, it is one of the most expensive McDonald's in the country costing more than twice of some... other locations.. which is expected. Sometimes, service is great and I am out of the drive thru within 5 minutes. Other times Ifind myself waiting 10-20 minutes for a very simple order, and it would be more worth my money and time to go to the Safewaynext door and make my own lunch or breakfast. Fast food is supposed to be fast and cheap, but when it's slow and expensive itmakes me question why I still go here. Posted closing time is 8pm but I showed up and they were closed at 7:30. Pulled into the lot to get some breakfast to find the drive-through is closed, lobby is closed because they?re just getting... things started inside while it?s one hour and 10 min after opening time. Lost my business today and I won?t bother with thislocation again. I?m going to be frank; this location is in general staffed by overly privileged children so it?s very much hitor miss on quality anyhow. Worst customer service I?ve seen yet at a McDonald?s. It was the manager or supervisor who was horrible. The person taking the... order made a mistake with my order. But they still wanted to charge me for two burgers I initially had ordered at the drivethru. Ordered a cheeseburger meal and two cheeseburgers on the side. They messed up and then had me pay for their mistake.Absolutely, horrible with such a big corporation. Also creating more of a line because of their mistake. And CoVID is over. They open 8 or 9am, on random days. Rarely open at 7am. Drive through is NEVER open at 5am. Opens up around 7-8am. Posted hours... are a joke. Read more
Always call first before heading over for you morning coffee. In the post COVID world they can't seem to get enough staff to... open anywhere near the posted hours. Some mornings 8a, some 9a and on occasion 11a. Read more
This place is never open. Ever. 6:45pm on a sunday? Closed. 9am on a Saturday? Closed. I report incorrect hours all the time,... and someone keeps confirming from this location that the hours from Google are correct?which they are not. I only see them openand serving at lunch time. I drive by every weekday after 5pm, and see the drive through closed more often than not. Just closethe location. Read more
