Ordered 3 sandwiches on Subway app, paid a delivery fee, paid a driver tip. No food showed, so I called the store. Worker got an... attitude and said they don't deliver. I tried to explain that the Subway app charged delivery that I already paid. He hung up onme. So I called back, I got a different worker that said he can't give out the managers number, so I gave him mine to give tomanager. No call back so I called a 3rd time. the original worker who hung up gave me the managers number. The managers solutionfor this whole fiasco was to remake my Sandwich order and me come pick it up....Even though I paid delivery and tip already???Wow unbelievable!! I will not buy from Subway for long time until they get it together. I'm hungry, frustrated, and told themanager to cancel it all together. Negative stars not even 1 from me. Read more

Friendly and professional service, with articulate speech. Good fresh food (excellent example for a Subway). Pleasant,... comfortable dining area - kept spotlessly clean (including restroom). Not too crowded ???? A nice place to stop in. Read more

They were shorthanded at 10/18 lunch. Dining in, pickup, to go. Our seven orders didn't phase them. Fast and accurate. (9/10... for understandable staffing shortage) Read more

So thankful for the service on the Bainbridge Subway today! I had made a catering order online from the general Subway website... and somehow it got routed to the wrong Subway. I called the Bainbridge location and the owner was so accommodating and willingto get the order ready for us that afternoon. They really saved the day. The order was ready right on time, perfectly puttogether, and helped load the car. The owner even called a few hours later to make sure everything was up to standard. UPDATE: Here again today.. same thing happened as below. Both times, there have only been 2-3 people in line, so they weren?t... too busy. I am not going to have fuel for work now. I work a double. I do my job with pride, and I ask for the same. When thesandwich artist with the red hair and glasses is working, and other younger workers... they aren?t proceeding with online orderspromptly enough. We are using that option for Covid to ensure we aren?t standing in line in close proximity to others. They needto treat those orders as if they?re standing in line, waiting, as well. Queue them as if they?re there, because I don?t haveenough time during my lunch break if they don?t. Will take my business elsewhere and write to corporate. Read more

Went this afternoon ~ 4:15pm. The only employee was a young girl who was pleasant, efficient and unruffled - she deserves a... huge bonus! The problem was that they were out of the new items advertised prominently in the front windows. They were alsoout of cards explaining their savings program. Chipotle Southwest Steak Guacomole Wrap - this sandwich was really good. Contained a healthy serving of vegetables and fresh... flavors for Bainbridge Island. There was an earnest and successful effort by the young man who served multiple customerssimultaneously. The price was agreeable. Everything was clean and orderly. Confession: I could not add a gratuity on mycard. So I threw about 50-cents worth of change in the kitty. All I had with me at the moment. The server who made thisexcellent sandwich said, "just go on line and tell us how you liked the sandwich." I suggest you leave this young man agenerous gratuity. The experience is worth it. Thanks Subway and the young man who made the sandwich. Just so you willrecognize the man: he is tall and lanky, curly hair, dark complexion with a lively sense of humor. The young woman who worksthere appeared just as I departed. I left her a dollar on a $7.62 check in my previous visit. Good food. Good service. Please tip a bit more if you can. Read more

5 points for Integrity. My wife left her bag at the store and realized on the way back to Seattle and that too on the ferry!... Called the store and the girl who attended us earlier answered. She confirmed that the bag is still there but the store will beclosed till we get back. Very humbly she suggested that she can wait for us outside the store. Got the bag when we reached :) Hats off the the generosity and sweetness of that girl. The sandwich was also good ;) God bless her. Read more
