Not very good customer service. I waited in line at the pickup window for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was... there. I saw the worker and she saw me but she didn't come to the window to tell me that my pizza was coming, late, etc. Iunderstand that they are understaffed but they have to do better. Read more
The worst delivery experience ever. We were told 30 minutes. I'm typing this review 2 and a half hours later...still with no... pizza. I called 1 hr after order was placed and was told the driver was on the way. Here's The kicker: the pizza was leftoutside. The driver never knocked. The order was called in so there were no instructions to leave it outside nor was I told itwould be left. Pizza is stone cold.This is insane. Please do better. Read more

People can order a pizza at the window and wait. If you arrive on time to pick up your order you have to wait BEHIND the people... who just ordered until their is ready before you get yours. I kid you not, I've waited for 45 minutes to get my order that Iarrived on time for. It was beyond cold. Read more
It is ALWAYS something with this location. I don?t know why I keep trying to order from here. Whether it?s burnt sandwiches or... missing food. I will be going without food tonight thanks to the manager on duty. I previously made a order that was messed upand joshua helped me find a resolution to my problem by offering to redo my pizza at a later date. Tonight?s manager said thatshe has nothing to do with that and can?t take my order because she has nothing to do with what he does as if they don?t workfor the same company. Had ordered marinara dipping sauce that was not with the order. Mom and sis had ordered the Alfredo bowls. Both had cold... centers. Bread dough in the center was mostly raw. Order was late (we did window pick-up. Good points....gluten-free pizza wasdelicious. Alfredo was tasty, chicken was moist and not dried out. Read more
The place needs to be shut down and restaffed. I made an online order of 10-piece buffalo wings which I also pay for online.... When my tracker indicated that my food was ready I went to pick it up. However when I got there the fool who was working theretold me that my food hadn't even been prepared and the reason for this was because that customers had been ordering and PAYINGfor food online and not showing up to the pick up their order. So in other words, Domino's takes orders online but doesn't evenbother to start preparing your order until after the customer shows up, which defeats the purpose of ordering online. I won't begoing back. The next time I'll drive the extra distance and and go to the Domino's on Harding boulevard where are the service ismuch better. Read more
