We love our McDonald's, well kept and good fast service. If something goes wrong on an order, they are happy and quick to fix it
They can never take simple instructions and the wait time is unreal every single time I go there. It's Russian roulette as to... whether or not I am going to be getting tasty fresh food or old stale fries from four hours ago. It's truly sad being they areone of the few fast food joints in baker. Clean and friendly staff. Their food was more expensive than other McDonald's. They're the only fast food restaurant for miles,... so they can charge more and people will pay. The food was typical McDonald's. Read more
It is what it is for fast food. They are always forgetting something and I have to go back and get it. Never offer up a free... anything. Last week they charged me for the wrong order and told me to pull forward and wait on fries. 10 minutes later we findout the order they swapped with mine was declined. Refunded me a dollar. The person who took our order apologized sincerely for a long wait behind the customer in front of us. Very nice customer... service. The food was fresh and good. Got a big Mac and for once it wasn't 50% lettuce! Next time we drive thru we willdefinitely stop. Read more
This has to be the best McDonald's I have ever been to. The bathroom was spotless. The service was great. Heck, the food came... out before I could even finish paying for it. The food was good and hot. Couldn't have asked for a better McDonald's experience. Read more
