Had dinner at the bar?The Bartender David did not wash his hands once! He cross cross contaminated all the drinks he was serving... the customers! As he poured the alcohol with the measurement spout, the alcohol landed on his fingers then inside the glass! Healso picked up the mats from the ground and continued to make drinks ????????. The bar is disgusting! Mold, bacteria all overthe bar! David places the glass on the bacteria ???? filled rubber mats as he makes the drinks! He places the filter tool heuses to pour the alcohol into the glass right next to the bacteria! He is going to get someone sick! The night manager is justworthless as he is not being proactive and does not make every employee clean up! This place is going down the drain quick! I amsending the video and pics to corporate! First time at Applebee's was hoping to enjoy it , the adverts brought me in, the food looked good that's where it ended... unfortunately. The food was brought out semi warm , the service was well below par. Asked for Waters one came out then 30minutes later the 2nd. Asked what IPAs they had, waiter didn't know , so I switched and asked if the Stella was on draft thewaiter said yes then it came out in a bottle. No question if this was ok or not just put it down and walked away. For a $70 mealfor 2 , very very disappointed. Read more
Jacob gave us excellent service and knows how to upsell! Our food was ok but service made it that much better! Had a ribeye with... double rice, added sauteed mushrooms with garlic butter sauce and added fried shrimp for $1.00 and obviously downed it withtheir newest add on to the IPA list Elysian Read more
Food was good but pricey for what we got. The restaurant was clean and our server was awesome. His name is Aaron and he is so... fun and full of energy. He kept the drinks coming and checked on us at just the perfect times. He definitely made our experiencebetter. The host, I didn?t get his name, was also so happy and very attentive. Have been back to this place multiple times the service is always pretty good, there's almost never a wait to be seated.... Definitely not the type of place that you order ribs from (terrible wouldn't recommend). The fiesta lime chicken and the cajunand shrimp chicken very flavorful. Burgers are pretty great too don't forget to say well done if that's how you like them. Triedevery appetizer and they're good to. Perfect place for a date night and it's not very pricey. Read more
Very bad service 20-30 minutes to take order brought my wife's drink to my son's girlfriend who was at another table next to... ours they are clearly under age. Food poor quality over cooked way too salty will never go back over priced Read more
Went here for early Mothers Day. Wasn't too bad of a wait. We were helped immediately after being seated and our server was... very attentive. She was quick and got us refills throughout. The food was great and all of us left very satisfied. Read more
