The ice cream was really good but I ended up paying over 14$ for just 3 single scoops of ice cream, for that price I'd rather... go to Rite Aid for a better deal or Cold Stone for better product. Read more

It was my first time going to a Baskin Robbins...I know where have I been.....but it was really good. They have a good selection... of ice cream. The 2 flavors I got were Rocky road and Reese's peanut butter cup. Omg. Makes me want to go get more. But theprices are kinda high for just a cup of ice cream. But it is what it is. I don't make sell or produce ice cream so I don't havea clue what it actually cost or what it should cost so that's why I'm giving 5 stars. I had a coupon that was emailed to me from Baskin Robbins. That motivated me to look for one near by and invite my... cousin-in-law. Especially that it gets hot out here. The cashier was very nice as we walked in and welcomed us. I wanted to trya few and she assisted me with that. There was no one at the line so I didn't mind. A man finally walked in and I was stillundecided. She turned to him and asked if she can help him. I didn't mind since it was just one person. Well, after 2 buckets ofice cream and waiting for 10 minutes I was ready to tell her something. When he was done she apologized. She said she thoughthe was just going to get a cone or something quick. She didn't want to make him wait. I said it was fine and left it likethat. I tried the Reese's® Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream and it was delicious. My husband got the Wild 'N Reckless Sherbet andhe liked it a lot. We put it together on a banana split with another scoop of Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and we were done. Mycousin-in-law got a scoop of Banana Split Ice Cream in a cup and her daughters got a soft served vanilla cone. They all lovedthe ice cream. I noticed they had other offers on a huge banner indoors. They were also giving out small coupons that were forfamily night. It was a $0.99 scoop of ice cream after 5 pm. When i was ready to pay using one of my coupons she apologizedagain and said that they don't take those coupons. She explained that the owner only accepts the coupons that are given at thislocation printed on the receipt. What a bummer. If I would of known earlier I probably would of taken into consideration one oftheir offers on the banner. She said she felt bad told me about the $0.99 scoop after 5 pm. I hardly give a complaint review unless I was very dissatisfied. I ordered my daughter a cake online. First thing when I arrived... to pick up cake they were out of the icing color I asked for the writing on the cake. So ok I chose another. 2nd when I got homeI looked at the cake and noticed they spelled my daughter's name wrong. 3rd The supposedly roses on the cake looked like somebad carnations and 4th I ordered white cake and they gave me chocolate. Didn't notice that until I cut the cake. One of myfamily members is allergic to chocolate so they were un able to enjoy any. I will never order from that location ever again ???? Read more
