My Ortega burger was delicious even though it was not what I order. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. I waited more than... 10 minutes standing in line inside. The cashier was waiting on one customer in front of me and there wasn't any one else inline. She, the cashier, was ringing up three separate orders for the customer in order for the customer to be able to use threeseparate coupons to avoid being charged full price. Ordered a beyond famous star with a medium rootbeer and waffle fries, and a taco salad with a large rootbeer. I got no receipt,... no rootbeer, and no waffle fries. Glad I payed 25 dollars and only got half my moneys worth. Will NEVER be back. Read more

Just spent $29.62 on a number 2 super star combo (large) and two big carls , no cheese , add tomato , drove 15 minutes home ,... big carls did NOT have an buns (see pictures) tried to call FAX ( who uses anymore????)only . Everything was okay but the french fries were cold and the gold digger Burger was way too small compared to what they advertise... the chicken gold digger is way better and bigger and more flavor even the famous star is way bigger than the gold digger BurgerI don't recommend the gold digger Burger to anybody way too small go for the bacon beast may bigger and better for the price Read more
Almost $35 for two large super star combos and a kid's meal. Got home and found that each super star had only one beef patty... (basically got famous stars) and the ?large? fries barely had anything in the box. I don't see an option here to add the photosI took of the mess we received. And I'm going to add that their employees barely acknowledge your presence, incredibly rude.After previous bad experiences, I've avoided this place but decided to give them another try last night.
