The worse Chipotle I have ever been to and trust me I have been to a lot! The meat portions are a joke, much less than any other... Chipotle in Bakersfield or anywhere for that matter. The girl was almost counting the pieces, had to get triple meat for thesame thing I would get with doble meat in any other store. I wanted to get the quesadillas but they don?t have the standardplate with the 3 sides as normal and they didn?t want to add sour cream on it because it will be charged as a burrito. TERRIBLECUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT COME HERE, you will be disappointed. They can?t hold up to Chipotle standards and definitely need newmanagement. Read more
Food was pretty good but, service was slow with two people on the line and the cashier didn?t put any napkins or utensils in the... bag with the food and crew didn?t seem to be enjoying their work. Only giving 2 stars because food was good but customer servicewasn?t the best. Read more

You'd think because this is located in the food court the employees would be a little "hurry up and lets get this over with"... about their job since they're surrounded by all Bakersfield. However, they're always very friendly, quick to help and don'tlook like they're mad about being there. Great customer service, clean facility, good food. Read more
Pretty good and a healthier option if you need a quick bite. It gets kind of busy and the workers can be somewhat slow. I... ordered a burrito and they had over stuffed it to the point where it was difficult to wrap the burrito. But hey I'm notcomplaining I got more yummy chicken and beans. The food might look pricey but it is filling. If you're eating with a friend oron a date or something and you're a bit tight on money I recommend getting a bowl and chips to share. Definably enough food tofeed two people. A word of advice though, the burrito is very fiberous! Just like like any Mexican food it'll have you runningto the bathroom! Overall it taste good. Read more
