The place is like a small John's Incredible with less games and no rides. The pizza and wings took 1 1/2 hours to come out of... the kitchen because it was busy there but there was only one young guy working the kitchen by himself and he was overwhelmed. Ispoke with him and it was only his 3rd day on the job and was working the whole kitchen which includes making the pizza, makingthe wings, making cheese bread, making dessert etc. So I blame the food delay on management. The food was decent tasting butI'm not sure it it was because it did taste good or I was extremely hungry by the time I ate. My daughter had fun and had neverbeen there but I would go to John's Incredible Pizza next time instead because with John's you get way more food options on anunlimited basis and actually more games and actual rides. Also they had no play ground in there anymore like when I was a kid sono free entertainment so basically a small less staffed, fewer games, fewer prizes, more expensive John's. Go to John's if youwant to be more cost effective, better food, better games and rides. I'm not giving it a 1 star because my daughter who's 6years old had fun on her first time. Read more
I went as a walk-in for my grandson's bday. It already look disorganized walking in, walking to our table I kept seeing a bunch... of tables dirty and it wasn't even that busy. I bought me a salad which I returned right away because there was hardly any saladout and not as much selection this was towards the evening around 5 and I wondered the salad looked like that! Chucke came outonly to the booked partie didn't even walk around. I hadn't been here for like 6 years and I know now why I don't come to thisplace. It has changed a lot not in a great way to me. Thank God for the salad bar which was good but the pizza.. meh. No playground in this place for the smaller toddlers. Just coin... eating machines that have games that end far too soon. Bring back a play area. Read more
We had my nieces birthday party here and it was a blast. The employees we're very attentive and kind. This is the first time... I've been there since the remodel and I was very pleased. It's more open and even when its crowded its fun to be there. Keep upthe great work. Read more
I hadn't been to Chuck E Cheese in over a decade when I took my 3-year-old twins. They no longer have physical tickets. You get... a card where you load "points" instead of tokens and the "tickets" are automatically added to the card when you finish playing.I don't like it. It's not fun to win the jackpot because there's no machine spitting hundreds of tickets at you. It's not aboutthe prizes, It's about the 15 seconds of gloating while everyone sees you getting your tickets. The food is good and what youwould expect from a Chuck E Cheese. Maybe a bit better. We got the boneless wings with the sweet chili sauce, pineapple pizza,and sodas. There's no playground area. It's all arcade games. There is a dance floor. There is a big seating area for parties.We got to meet Chuck. He's nice... for a giant mouse. Read more
What a disorganized mess...over priced over booked, dirty many games were out of service,soda watered down and flat, I paid for... a birthday package which apparently feeds anyone who wants to wander in and eat from your table food was terrible even childrencouldn't stomach the cake there's no time scheduled for your food to be dropped on your table they don't inform you it's comingnor is it fresh or even warm...we will never book a birthday there nor recomend it as an option to anyone ever...on top ofeverything wrong with our experience someone sold our credit card info to scammers after we left woke up to numerous unknowncharges...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!! OMG the pizza at this Chuck. E Cheese is the best than other Chuck. E Cheese I went to. There were plenty of games for my 4 year... old daughter to play for an hour, and then sit and eat our pizza. Wholesome awesome memories, great pizza, and excellentcustomer service. Read more
