Great atmosphere, the hosts were so friendly and inviting. They gave us helpful recommendations as first timers, that did not ... disappoint. The "give it all to me" flava was sooo good and the portions were well worth the price. I had the "with a kick"sauce on the side that I also really enjoyed and i really liked the smoke flavor the sausage had. I will definitely be visitingagain! Read more
My first time there at claw daddy?s and they did not disappoint. We tried to go out there like 4 times but they would closed... early due to food running out. And now I know why. I finally got a chance to try it and omg it?s the best in Bakersfield. Iloved there clam chowder soup. But the sauce was very good. If you love seafood boil like I do. This place is a must. Read more
Update: they will NOT answer the phone if they are busy.YES you can DINE IN now. It took 40 min for our to go order Friday... afternoon, Great customer service. place your order inside then go back to your car, they'll take your order out. can beconfusing when ordering but they always willing to help. I get Cajun shrimp mild I get a pound for each one of us order withthe shell there's more flavor. the clam chowder is a very small portion so you might want to order two to equal the amount or aregular bowl lol but it's delicious. We came here on a Friday to try it out after reading the reviews. surprisingly it wasn't very busy. It is a little hard to find... parking, especially for it being on the 119 and having limited spaces available in the front. It looks really tiny on theoutside, but it's pretty big inside. The girls where very helpful as it was our first time here. We ordered the combo 2 spicyand it was delicious. After a while it does get really spicy. Also order mardi gras oyster and fried oysters. Hands down, theBEST fried oysters in town. And we've tried most cajun seafood places. Definitely recommend for cajun seafood. Will be comingback for sure. Read more
