Hair in ice cream, workers aren?t wearing hair nets nor do they have there hair up, when we told them there was hair in our ice... cream all the did was remake it and not give us a refund, definitely do not recommend going there unless you like hair in ur icecream. Read more
Good ice cream but: 1. Expensive, two regular sized (~1 scoop) ice cream cost $18. 2. Public health concerns. No soap in... customer bathroom due to broken dispenser. Customers can?t properly wash hands after using the bathroom. Sounds like it?s beenbroken a while based on workers response when I notified them. Simple fix could be temporarily placing a regular soap pumpbottle on the sink. Read more

Flavorful delicacy, great portion, enough for a ice cream lovers. It just one time fascinating experience, with smoke and all... but overall its ok. I love the fact that they have non dairy bases both coconut and cashew milk! This is a dream come true for people like me who... are sensitive to dairy, ice cream from a shop is always better then store bought :) now I have a spot to get my dairy freegoodness and its not sherbet either lol They have a lot of different flavors and toppings, Place was super clean, staff waswelcoming, they are a little pricy but considering its nitro ice cream And high quailty the prices are justified. The ice cream was absolutely delicious and the concept is so much fun. The four of us got four different flavors and we couldn't... help try everyone's. I got Santa's Milk and Cookies which is one of their seasonal flavors in a waffle bowl. Oh my goodness!! Ijust wish they had a kids size. Service was fast and friendly also. We will be back soon! An experience! Ice cream was very rich and had kind of a sticky texture. Got a generous single scoop of pistachio that was... easily shared with my mom. Downsides were the wait (the ice cream is made to order, after all); plastic, non-recyclablecontainers and utensils; and the price. Went for the novelty but probably won't return. Read more
Rip off. Went to a new place to try something different. The icecream tasted ok. Definitely better flavors found other places.... When I received my order, it was only two small single scoops. FOR 21 DOLLARS. they got the order right sure. But they?re notTHAT good. If you go to rollin creamery or cold stone or baskin robbins, they have more flavors and they give you more andthey?re cheaper. Go somewhere else. Read more
