It?s usually pretty good and quick but lately the service hasn?t been the same. We waited 30 from ordering to receiving our... sandwiches. The fries were good but the sandwich was mid. The worker also didn?t change her gloves in between handlingsandwiches and touching the fridges in front of the register. Not very sanitary. 4/10 Read more

So to preface, I get it was lunch rush, but this location used to be really good. Today was a bad experience I feel worthy of... noting. I placed my order online, went to the store and my order wasn?t ready, so I waited. I watched as two people came in,ordered, then received their food and left, still nothing for me (this is 35 minutes after placing the order). I saw them makea couple of sandwiches and set them in the staging area, where they sat untouched for 15 minutes while the expediter took moreorders. Come to find out, after getting in line to ask about my order, it was the sandwiches that had been sitting (fair to saythe hot sandwich was not, and the cold one was now room temp). This is all after I watch the cashier/expediter who is wearinggloves, go and take cash from people, touch the door handles, and so on, then go grab the bottles of sauce. I don?t thinkthings have changed much since I worked in the food industry, but we were always instructed to wash our hands and get new gloveswhenever you went from cashier to food handling. Oh, and they ended up putting on items I had said I didn?t want on mysandwich. Final thoughts: unhygienic, incorrect with my order, let my order sit a nearly unhealthy amount of time, andthankfully you get to tip as you order, never knowing how it is going to go. Read more
Second time visiting this place and was amazing both times. First time i got a philly cheese and second time i got buffalo... chicken sandwich, both times the service was very helpful and friendly, and lile i said the sandwiches were amazing, definitelywill be back here, probably at least once a week Read more
This is my first time here and I got to say this place is outstanding! The inside is decorated very nicely. The entire... restaurant was clean and the employees working we?re very nice and friendly. I ordered the 6 inch combo meal of turkey bacon andthe works on Dutch crunch bread. It was Very delicious. Very good Sandwiches...but they are a little overpriced. Paid $6 for a 4 inch Pastrami and provolone on sourdough with mayo and... mustard only. Total bill was $26, which included my sandwhich, my hubby's 12 inch philly cheese steak, a side of beer batteredfries (aka "seasoned" fries) and a large drink. All of the food tasted good and was fresh. Fries were excellent. The staff wasvery friendly, but seemed kinda lazy. There were 3 employees total, but none of them were wiping off tables or picking up trashon the dining room floor and the drink station was a huge mess. There was spilled tea all over. I mentioned it to one of thegirls behind the counter and she assured me they would take care of it but no one did the entire time we were eating. When weleft, there were no other customers there so I know it was not because they were too busy.
