I usually don?t come here because they don?t have good service but today was absolutely joyful. Daniel is a great server. He had... my daughter and I laughing which gave us a nice welcoming experience. He?s attentive and great with kids! We need more serverslike him who love what they do and take their job serious, it really makes the world of a difference. I will absolutely comeagain especially if Daniel is there. He?s awesome! Food was great and we love going there because it has a wide variety so everybody can get something like or are craving.... Waitress was amazing and went above and beyond just her job title and was amazing customer service. I went there and got an All-American Grand slam with extra bacon. The floor was only being stopped by one person at the time but... she kept up just fine. There wasn't that much of a weight between me sitting down, deciding on what to order and then ordering.The customer service and customer care was excellent. Oh and just in case you're wondering the food was amazing. Not sure whatit is about Denny's but I got two entire plates of food, for a little under 30 bucks. Overall Denny's is definitely a place thatyou can get bang for your buck deals, depending on what you order. Oh and don't mind the pancake in the hole in it. Just myfriend being a menace to society. Finally a place with great service! My wife and I went to Denny's Mt. Vernon in Bakersfield CA and noticed this worker that was... going around the restaurant greeting customers with a smile, helping with orders, and picking up small trash items off the floor. He was so happy, energetic, and conscientious that we guessed he must be the owner or manager. We stopped him and told himwe notice what great service he was providing and asked if he was the owner or manager? His name was Fabian and he was aserver. His manager came over and said she gets comments about his great attitude and work all the time. We told the manageragain how pleasant and efficient he was and what a refreshing change from the service we see from young people now days. Oh, bythe way, the food was very good that day also. If I could I would leave a negative star review. I have had many issues with this particular Denny's over the years. Today was... the final straw. I am having dinner with my family and my wife gets a chicken fried steak and she tells me that it tastes sour.I have a taste and it is indeed sour. I tell our waitress and she notifies her manager. Her manager tries to justify why it isimpossible to believe it is sour since they never leave any food out. Instead of offering to take the meal off the ticket sheinstead offers my wife another meal. My wife didn't even eat her food yet was charged for it. Management here is a joke and theservice is as well. Do NOT come to this location. Go elsewhere. Read more

Denny's was very friendly, accommodating in all our usual family weirdness & our unusual fun requests like the ultimate pancake... sundae, the super fun adult sized birthday pancake breakfast our waitress today Jenny M was very attentive & did an amazing job.Love Denny's & the fact that we can come 24/7!!
