Commercial was a scam, I order food from dominos spent money a lot when I got my food it was wrong I called to have them... replaced it since the commercial stated we make a mistake we fix it free of charge. Well they denied to even fix my food or evengive me a new pizza or just my money back told me I had to return the pizza mind u Covid is around still and I wasn?t trying totake pizza back when it was contacted less delivery for a reason the manager is very unprofessional and rude they don?t wearmask store is nasty Will never eat there again since they scam there customers 1 star Read more
Placed order 07/01/22 for 4 pizza's and 2 orders of the parmesan bread bites just to get plain bread bites, hard/burnt pizza ... that wasn't even cut right. When I called over 3 times to talk to someone it just rings and goes voicemail. Definitely won't begoing back. Read more
Don?t waste your time ordering here. Especially online as they don?t answer their phones. Needless to say put in an order at... 910pm and they are open for delivery till 11 and close at midnight; they started prepping the order through the tracker rightaway and was out of the oven and in quality check one hour later. It?s now been an hour and a half and it hasn?t been out fordelivery and can?t cancel the order or anything and have just about had it with waiting this long. But since I can?t cancel it Idon?t want extra food coming if I?m going to get something else so I?m in my house that has no ac waiting for food that maynever come because the place of business doesn?t want to ensure any sort of customer service or experience other than possiblygetting an order through that May or May not deliver but they get your money until they decide not to complete it or deliver it.Faulty system and terrible experience and only ever happened here in Bakersfield Read more
Ordered a pizza and used my points, parm bites more like burnt garlic bites. Pizza was cold upon delivery. The bites were noting... like I remember them. To hard to eat. Really disappointed took a little over an hour for delivery it only takes 7 min to cookthe order but some how it took an hour for delivery just delivery a lone.. Read more
So I wasn?t trying to complain but this was supposed to be a 12 piece speciality boneless buffalo chicken wings ? there was only... about 4 small chicken wings? I ate two of them?
