Wife and I swang by cause she was in the mood for some boba. Entered the store and patiently waited behind 3 different couples... in front of us. As we waited, I observed the store. Was my first time in this place. As I looked into the open kitch area, there was trash, dirty cups, papers... was a complete mess and full of saftey hazards. The other awaiting customers had placedthere orders so we made our way up to make our order. About a minute later an older woman stepped up to the register, she juststood there (another minute passed) not even introducing or asking us what we would like. I asked the lady "We're ready toorder, are you?" Her responce was "what do you want?" My wife made her order, we only waited another 5 minutes and we wereout of that place. Horrible customer service and very unclean and full of safety hazards facility. I will not recommend norgo back to this place. Read more

One of the best Boba places that I have been to, but it is in the wrong city. There?s even two of them in the area. But I... especially come to this location because I have no other good choices. I?m am disappointed that when I want to order using theirapp, it has never allowed me to order. The lines are always out the door so it would be nice that this convenient option be madeavailable. There are many of these Franchises in SoCal and they?re very good. Always consistent. I highly recommend this placeespecially if you?re already a fan of boba. Read more
