My order was not fulfilled and the supposed manager would not make it right. I intent to get in touch with the district manager... over this. The manager was rude and disrespectful when he was talking to me and laughing with someone else in the store. I willmake sure that the district manager knows how his manager talks to people and does nothing to make it right. Terrible food. Had the sourdough jack which is usually nicely grilled at other locations.. Was served a barely warm terrible... burger. Asked for the bacon to be extra cooked but seemed almost raw. Headquarters needs to look at this location. MeanwhileAvoid this location. Awful. Read more
The food was as you expect from a Jack in the Box restaurant, so my only reason for a low review is because they forgot a whole... chicken sandwich, straws, and napkins for our drive thru order. I understand that people make mistakes, but I was really lookingforward to a second chicken sandwich as I was really hungry at the time :( The food I did receive was pretty good though(although that may be because I was hungry when I ate it). Went here for lunch last week. Seating area was clean and kept up. Staff was friendly, food was decent, there is truck parking... in an adjacent lot. The bathroom was clean. Would eat here again. Read more
I am sooo upset and disappointed in this place! Normally every weekend we go with my family to Porterville and come back in the... afternoon to eat because my children love Jack, this day we were very late and we arrived late, we had two super rude womenmanager and worker, my son had already finished the order he just wanted to know if regular or fried and the lady abruptly saidgosh you can hurry up without having a car behind us, I kindly asked him that he was undecided, what could it be nicer to him,she said that's not being rude, I told her but you listen or respect her, and she told me move and logically I went to thewindow and no one wanted to talk to me, they left us completely ignored, me and my family are a family educated and principledand I felt disappointed with this kind of people who make us our food, I just ask to speak to someone to complain about them,the day they worked was May-08-2022 at 10:00 pm Read more
During Covid they close the dining area. I don't have a problem with that. However this stops people on foot from being able to... purchase food. Only peoplewithcarscan order and eat? Even local Panda Express allows walk ins. Or at least change the law sopeople can pick up their orders from a drive thru window. Read more
