DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! Rude, slow, always wrong or missing items, burnt food. Every time I?ve gone here they give me attitude... and if you address their mistake they get offended instead of trying to make it right. I gave you guys one more try and it wasthe same s**t service and food. I go out to eat 4 to 7 times a week but I won?t get food from these lousy place anymore!!!!!!!!!Manager took his name tag off so we wouldn?t know his name. What kind of fast food restaurant as big as Jack in the Box doesn't have no ranch or EVEN ketchup when your order is over $50
I usually only go through this Jack in the Box if I'm taking my wife to work and she wants to stop at the Starbucks next-door. ... This Jack in the Box always has an attitude, often gets the order wrong and gets mad at the customer for trying to get itcorrected. For some reason they won't confirm the order or show it on the screen like other Jack in the Box's and will onlytell you to pull forward and won't give you a total until you get to the window. I have called corporate several times, I hateleaving negative feedback but something needs to be done at this location, it is near a busy freeway that people usualy take todrive to Mojave or Las Vegas from Bakersfield, it is also near truck stops and can be a challenge to hear when trucks pass by,so understanding that needs to be key on the Job. it?s sad that the employees would purposely do the opposite of what I asked for.. I ordered a double jack combo no ketchup add... ez mustard and ez mayo receipt is correct but I?ve never in my had a burger with so much sauce the amount mustard was ridiculousbun was soaked and by the time I got home it had ran out all over the inside of the box I couldn?t even begin to eat justhorrible they would do that to peoples dinner..
