Awful service. We waited at the register for over 15 minutes, multiple employees passed by, and not a single person took our... order. JIB on Oswell is okay at times depending on which shift manager is working. Seen employees sitting on the counter top by the... registers while my wife and I were waiting in the drive thru. There is one shift manager that has and gives attitude everytimemy family and I go there. Read more
I ordered 3 combos along with a lettuce wrapped sandwich. I received all 3 combos and went back to get my forgotten lettuce... wrapped sandwich and Josephine gave me a free combo. came in on Friday may 20th 2020 to order a strawberry shake but I think some one put laxatives in it. A young girl helped me and... whent to the back then gave it to me. I thought nothing of it until my abdomin hurt really bad after a few sips of it. I didn'teven get to finish it. It didn't feel like I had to use the facilities. It cramped and felt inflated and everytime I walked itbecame even more swollen and inflamed. The pain was horrible. I thought I was going to vomit right on the floor. Countertops were dirty. Floors had some sort of film on them. Manager had a bad attitude and was rude to customers.
