Horrible service today. The drive thru was a 20 min per car. A lot of cars behind me just left. I pulled out and went inside... with a lot of people waiting for their food. Tried to order but this one guy tski guy order has no idea what he is doing.Finally he got my right order but said there no longer any orange juice for my meal. I just told him forget it and left. Supposeto be a convenient 5 min drive thru wasted 30 mins with out any order. Read more

Totally messed up two of our four orders. The staff got into denial. One of the salads was full of lettuce that should have... been tossed out, which the staff did when presented with it but no replacement or reimbursement. Will never go to a Jack in theBox again. Read more

Bad, Bad experience from the start. 10/20/2022 Order # 489 Jordan taking the order wasn't pleasant at all, sounded like if she... was mad, it was like she was being force to take orders. Placed an order at 8am including a coffee , coffee was not hot, it wascold, my daughter asked if the coffee could be replaced, they offer to warm it up in the microwave, as I waited for the coffee ,there were 3 employees and among themselves they were saying how can the coffee be cold we just put it out , I told one of themto taste it herself, that we were not lying about it being cold. One of them said I'm not doing that, No customer serviceetiquette at all. At that point asked them to CXL the order and to give my money back. I didn't check until we got to the hoteland noticed instead of reimbursing the money the women added another charge so now I had two charges of food we didn't consumed.Contacted the store to have the charges reimburse the girl that answered said I had to physically be at the store, to have themoney reimbursed, I told her we were not from there just passing by, so I asked to be contacted by management, so that theycould do it manually without coming to the store, I was contacted by a manager saying she couldn't do the reimbursement manuallyeven thought we were told she could, at that point I just contacted my bank. Avoid at all costs. Stopped by in the morning and it wasn't busy at all. There were three people working and it took forever or... anyone to acknowledge us which was wtv and the person who took our order was super short and it was weird but not everyone is apeople person. We ordered coffee and it was cold. Asked a Jordan for hot coffee and heard all of them questioning "how could itbe cold". When we told them to taste it themselves we caught so much attitude she made it a point to say "no I am not going totry it, that's why were warming it up for you!". We're buying food, it's not free and if we order coffee we at least expect tobe warm. Plus it smelled gross in there because of the bathroom ????. Never again. Read more

Manager or lead person here is the worst. She has no social or professional abilities. She poorly handled situation when I... asked her to correct my order. To whom it may concern. Retrain her or relocate her. I don?t recommend this Jack in the Boxlocation. Read more

Sandwich was great and was very crispy. (5 star sandwich). But my shake was not full when they gave it to me. Is this new?... Charge double what it was but you get less overall? (0 star shake). Employees were short with us but I know they were busy too. Read more
