They are not open 24 hours. I drove all the way over there because they advertise that they are open 24 hours. When I pulled... up there was 2 employees sitting outside smoking. When they saw me pull in they hurried and went inside and locked the door. They had the drive thru blocked off. So I got out of the car and knocked on the door. One of them came to the door and askedwhat I wanted. I asked if they were open, he said no why you need to use the rest room. I said no I'm on my lunch break, Iwant to order some food. He said oh no, not taking orders the only one here is so in so, not sure what he said or what he wastalking about. YOU SHOULDN'T ADVERTISE 24 HOURS IF YOU'RE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. Needless to say, I didn't have time to goanywhere else, so I didn't get to eat on my lunch break. Very irritated to say the least. Read more
The food is good. But the service is really slow when going to the counter inside.
I went through the drive through today and the woman working the drive through was very rude to us. Rushing us to order when... weren't there that long. Gave us the wrong drinks as well. She seemed very upset and I didn't have a good time there Read more
The you get staff need to take a common courtesy course or take some type of class for customer service. The young lady seemed... as if she was was shoving items at us and was very rude while taking the order as well. Patience is a virtue. And being thelocation is facing the street customers can only apologize so much for the noise coming from outside the vehicle. Read more
I live around the corner from this location and I often order the 7-piece stuffed jalapenos. I ordered the stuffed jalapenos... today Wednesday 06/01/2022 between 2:45 and 3:00 p.m. The pieces looked like leftovers with some pieces being a burnt shell ofa jalapeno with no cheese, other ones just some burnt cheese and one piece just crusty batter. When I got home and looked atthose, I looked for my receipt to get the exact time to send them a complaint, but I noticed that I did not even get a receiptback with my credit card and it was not in the bag. In addition to the bad experience of getting food that I could not eat, Ifirst ordered a shake and was informed that they were not serving shakes. There should be a sign out on the drive-thru sayingthat they do not have those items. On another occasion, I was informed at the drive-thru that they were only accepting cash. Ihad cars behind me and had to sit and wait in the car until the three cars in front of me were served. Same thing happened tothe car behind me. Not everyone carries cash nowadays. Back to the jalapeños, really bad experience, as I am sure they lookedhad the jalapeños when they packed them and decided to serve them out anyway! I just went through the drive through on my lunch and the young girl taking my order really needs training on customer service.... In the middle of ordering she rudely says,? is that all?? I proceeded to order and she asks,? what kinda fries you want?? Iasked for 2 tacos with no sauce and I get 2 tacos with no sauce and no cheese. She gave me a bag of grease and it was asandwich. This is actually a really nice area of town and would have never expected to be served with such an attitude. Not tomention my tacos were soaked in grease. I would never come back if this is how employees treat their customers. And whatpuzzled me was the manager , not the girl who took my order, handed me my bag. As a manager, my expectations when servingcustomers would the pristine and not of this quality, regardless if this is just jack in the box. I?m sure they can check to seewho was actually working this day and offer them proper training. So sad. Read more
