Always clean and I particularly find evening to late night shift drive thru employee's to be very friendly and fast.
We went through the drive through and got home and noticed a black hair in one of burgers. We went back to have them make us a... different one and was told she was not going to do it. We got a little upset about it but they did our order over again. We arecalling cooperate office to let them know what happened and how very rude they were. Well the assistant manager was anyways. Slow, slow service. Literally waited 15 minutes with no one else in line waiting for the person to take out order. She kept... saying "I'll be right with you" but wasn't. After order was taken, it took another 20 minutes to get our food and we had to askfor our drinks twice. Food tasted okay but definitely wouldn't call it fast food. There was literally no one inside therestaurant. One person came after us and they got their food before us and we were just 2 combo meals. Nothing special. Verydisappointed. Won't go here again. I got to say for a Saturday night after 12am today. The customer service was magnificent the food was excellent! My spicy... chicken was just right my fries were hot and fresh! Definitely worth the wait. Great job! Graveyard shift!! keep up the goodwork!???? Read more
The place was empty at the drive thru but they made me pull ahead to the handicap parking and wait for my order. I didn't mind... because I figure it would be fresh and hot. My burgers were cold and sloppy. Very dissatisfied. I probably won't be going back. Read more
