I came here at night 2am 7/30 and the girl in the Drive-Thru had a sweet voice but she was Daft and could not understand a basic... order of poppers and a drink and two extra Ranch I got my food and there was no Ranch whatsoever after it had been repeated toher multiple times as well and then I had to wait in the Drive-Thru with four cars in front of me just to get my condiment it'sunacceptable. It is a short girl who seems mixed with maybe Indian she was rude cut people off when they were talking didn'tunderstand anything we were saying and didn't even give us our condiment. Then she tried to just give us the two extra that weordered and not the one that comes with the poppers so we asked her for that one and she rolled her eyes at us and looked likeshe was annoyed with us I am not coming back to this Jack in the box. This girl has an attitude problem and doesn't care aboutthe customer at all you need to hire someone who does. Utterly rude. Read more

I ordered from this place years before, and it was awful. But...I recently found myself tempted to try it again after a few... years, and It was suprisingly good. It was really late, or really early...around 2:30 AM, and I ordered from Uber Eats. Myfood arrived, and it was hot and delicious, like my dreams used to be. Though, I still drizzled on some hot sauce and ranch.These sauces I ordered and actually recieved! So, this place isn't as bad anymore perhaps ... I get off late from work and want something late night so there opened and tacos all ways fresh. There are times I go in for... lunch or breakfast and there food is Always fresh and service is great. Read more

Their service can improve by a lot. You get what you pay, it is affordable fast food. I tried the breakfast platter, I didn't... want the sausage or the bacon but it seemed very hard to understand for the cashier, as he asked me 3 times if I wanted bacon,sausage or both. He said what I was asking it was not possible, I end up saying give me the sausage and I will give it to afriend. The soda machine was not working so we had to ask the cashier about it. The service was awful. It took 20 min to get the order. The breading on the chicken strips was soft and uncooked. I ate two... strips and needed to use the bathroom badly. The bathroom had a keypad lock, I asked to use the bathroom, they said it was outof order. I had to drive to Vons across the shopping center. I went back to complain about the food and the lobby was locked. Iwent to go through the drive through and no one was there to help. It was only a few minutes after 9 pm. I really regret goingthere.
