As I assumed posted my review of absolutely horrible and attroshis service you know its horrible service when you dont get food... you payed for more than once or twice in a week too two weeks period and, Then your review response is :> answered back With were verysorry for your bad experience visit corporates web page to tell us how to improve .......... ahhhhh how about a freemeal or two for two people a couple times to replace the food that was never recieved when going through drive through orcorrected becuase you couldnt show a receipt becuase they didnt give you one that's straight stealing a customers hard earnedmoney. And this has happened way more than once its happened at least 6 times in the last 4 months just to myself and fiancewhen we get take out for are date nights, and then dont ever get all that we pay for and they argue refusal to give us missingitems how many customers do they do this too... please comment or ask me a question with a response to this reviews to how manytimes they did it to you as well let's show them by the account in number of responses that total up to this review as I'm alocal guide and I want to make sure people are made aware so they dont get ripped off as well when going there and show howserious a matter it is places like this probably make 10s of thousands of dollars a year off people in which they never giveproduct or service In example food they order in there meal and never get it becuase of places like this it's just not rightto the average hard working American or anyone for that matter doesn't deserve to be treated that way when its morally andbusiness ethically just not right but absolutely wrong they should be held accountable for this but becuase large companys andcorps have so much money the little guy or average person cant afford to call them out to be held accountable for this kind oftreatment or action and there for they will keep doing it to there customers and loyal patrons who frequent Read more
This location specifically has always been troublesome for me. I don't blame the company, I blame the surrounding area. The... staff is usually pretty nice and good at getting orders right. The prices make sense, the menu is easy to understand. Thedownside of ordering from her is the homeless that stay near the store or the not so friendly area locals that like to linger.There's nothing more off putting than seeing a border up window because of shooting or a handful of homeless begging as soon asI leave the store. VIP *Photo #1 and 2 are Not of the Union Location. But indeed is of the thermostat and proof of what the temperatures were, and... yet continued to have employees workin . Doors shut and no kind of ventilation for two days out of the week that I worked, aswell as two days I was off. I was the one that finally fixed it after checking and finding the thermostat had no batteries inany of the 3! Does any one know of this should be considered a health hazard? Photo #3 is of a bill board made that from what Ican see, Only has My Name a missing on it? So all I wanted to eat was a breakfast jack with a hamburger patty. First, I got a sausage patty in a container. I drove back... and told the shift Claudia of the mistake. She had a new one made for me. Unfortunately, it was made with the sausage IN thesandwich this time. I called and spoke with the shift Claudia, and she remembered when I asked for a hamburger patty. Iunfortunately was already on the 99 towards LA and could not go back. She made it up to me the next day when she made one for methe way I like my breakfast jack......with hamburger. Thx Claudia !!!
