This was in my drink ! That's disgusting! and my order was wrong as well , very disappointed!!
Slow, overpriced over any other fsst food place, and last three trips they said cash only, once you wer trapped in line.
I went to this Jack in Box on Friday night after work and I ordered the #14 chicken strip and Curly Fries and a diet Coke and my... total was $12.13 and I handed the girl my gift card and she looked at me and swiped my gift card and said there is nothing onthe card and I said there is $25.12 on the card and she said trust me there is nothing on the card..the Card was a $50.00 cardused twice and there was money on the card.. I just canceled my order and I left and I called the number on the back of the cardand the recording said I had $25.12 on the card and I went to another Jack in the box and I got my order what I ordered at thisJack in the box with no problem and I talked to their Manager and he said he will talk to their General Manager about your Jackin the box and that girl should not be in customer service..she was a very Rude to me..The Jack in the box I went to was 6815Stine Road Bakersfield Ca. 93313 Read more
Only giving one star because it doesn?t allow me to give 0. The manager on duty 4/28/22 was extremely rude. The whole team... working was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Who ever does the hiring at this location really needs tore-evaluate their whole staff. Read more
