Came here at 4am after driving for many hours with a uhaul and they didn't want to attend us because we didn't have a car. and... the rude lady came out and clearly saw we couldn't go in the drive thru because we also have a trailer attached. Won't be cominghere again. Read more

Just about everytime I've gone here within the past year, there is usually long waits in the drive-thru (day or night). The... employees are like 75% friendly and the other 25% sound like they are annoyed but I wouldn't blame them entirely bc I knowcustomers can be rude too. Since Jack decided to get into the better chicken sandwich game, I decided to give it a try. I've always liked Jack's, so I... figured this should be pretty good. Boy was I wrong. This 'sandwich' was like the spicy McChicken at McD. I can't believe i paid$10.70 for this. The chicken was dry and thin and had WAY to much breading. NEVER AGAIN.
