I judge my Mexican restaurants by their chili rellenos, beans, chips and salsa and La Mina scored an A on all the above. I had... their lunch buffet $9.99. Small buffet but everything was delicious. Today the buffet includes rice, beans, enchiladas, chicken fajitas, chili rellenos (yum!), tortillas, bbq ribs and menudo with all the fixings and some fresh fruit and pudding. The ice tea was in a huge Mason jar and if you ask they will bring you chips and salsa. Perfect lunch ???? Read more
Went for an early dinner in a Thursday night. Had a few items from the happy hour menu and their dishes are well served!... Excellent drinks and stayed longer to hear the DJ. Music was great as well. Read more
This used to be our go to place to have drinks and appetizers but never again will we ever go. Since Isreal left the service is... HORRIBLE. Our server didn't know anything about the restaurant she said we could only get the buffet when the buffet was alreadyover. We waited over an hour just for our drinks and appetizer. Then had to wait another 40 mins for entree. We were sitting inthe bar and there was only 1 other table there that had already been served so there were no excuses. There was no bartender.Obviously the server was new because she was so clueless about everything. The food wasn't good and To make matters worse I gotSEVERE FOOD POISONING and feel absolutely miserable. As a result I couldn't even take my daughter to her Dr appointment and Ihad to miss work because I can't stay out of the bathroom. So sad to see a place we loved turn into such a horrific place. Service was excellent. We ate on the covered patio outside, which creates a nice ambience. I enjoyed the molcajete. Cold... Mexican beers on tap are a nice touch. Read more
STAY AWAY! Service was terrible, it was empty so there was no excuse. They didn't bring us silverware. Our food was terrible;... the rice was cold, meat stale and old, the grilled jalapeno was cold in the middle. We are never returning to thisestablishment, and regret not walking out before the over 10 min it took for them just to ask for our drink. We didn't evenhardly touch our food it was so bad. Read more
The aguachiles are good, the molcajete almost does not bring any meat, only like 5 shrimp, a piece of chicken, one of chorizo... ??and one of meat and full of sauce, I do not recommend it. the service was a bit slow and we had to wait about 7 minutes foromelettes after we already had our food. Went for the lunch buffet the food was terrible and server ignored us didn't even give up napkins. After we were done the price... on sign out front was $9.99 but they charged $11.99 and didn't let you know your soft drinks were not part of the buffet.Horrible experience will never eat there again Read more
