If you order online, add 45 minutes to an hour on top of your estimated pick up time. Actually, just forget what the app says... all together. Seems like they prepare your order when you are there to pick it up. They never use the pizza portal anymore soyou'll have to wait in line anyways. Read more
I order my pizza on line and I got an email saying it was ready. When I showed up to pick it up I was ask to wait for 5 more... minutes. There were 9 people working. When I arrived there was only one person picking up their order. I must had waited for atlist 20 minutes before my pizza was done. Read more
Ordered ahead on their app and my pizza was not ready at the requested time even when I ordered 30+ mins ahead.
Ordered 2 hot and ready one was burnt to a crisp other was doughy usually pizza is great this time it wasnt
The staff at this location is ridiculous. Ordered my pizza at 5:22pm and said it should be ready at 6:02pm. At 6:24pm the pizza... tracker said it was still in the oven so I decided to call to check. The girl that answered checked my order and said it wasn'tin the oven anymore and she "thinks" it is ready. I arrive there and the pizza portal is full but the screen has no names. I askthe girl at the counter and she checks my order and pulls a pizza from one of the holders behind her which were almostcompletely full. They had a ton of pizzas ready, no other customers in the building and it took an hour to get my order. 30minutes later than it said. Then I get a pizza that looks like it was cut by a 5 year old and crazy bread that wasn't thoroughlycooked. Lost my business. Read more
