I always go through the drive thru. The past two times I ordered, the some of the food was lukewarm or cold while the rest would... be hot. Yesterday was the last time I'll go because my order was wrong and not fully cooked. I had to throw half of the mealaway since I couldn't eat it. Extremely disappointed because it's a waste of money. The food is good but the service does tend to be a bit slow. If you're in a hurry they may not be a top option. It also tends to... bother me that their prices vary when it comes to adding certain things. For example, some times shrimp are $0.75/ ea to add,other times the price changes. Kind of frustrating.
