Too many teen ?managers? I ordered on the app , didn?t get all my order so I called and they did not seem to care. I drove back,... as I?m in line the young lady hung up the phone, turned to her coworker(a manager) laughed and said ?we?re so bad, almost allthe orders are wrong?.. wow.. I ended up leaving because I didn?t want to waist my time there. She did not care that thecustomers were only feet away and leaving? just go to another McDs. The guest service here is 100 times better than the other locations in Bakersfield. Devenie was nice enough to serve another... guest something from the lunch menu during breakfast hours. Little things like that matter. Read more
I ordered a 20 pc nugget and only received 10. I also asked for no k ions on my burger and they made it totally plain. This... isn?t the first time they?ve made this mistake. Maybe train your employees on checking the order before giving it out. Read more
This is one of the better McDonald's but it's how it usually is. There are very few McDonald's that I know of..and I do know of... about all in town. It is how it is when it is a 1 lane drive thru. The manager here has the employees very focused. It's easy tosee. Everyone is friendly and attentive. Inside if you go in you will not stand there at the counter being ignored as manyplaces do. They seem to always be staffed appropriately. In the drive thru I never wait long. Sometimes it's stop n go, I do teven put my car in park because it just moves so great job. The drive thru line moves extremely slow, like a snail. Maybe they are short staffed tonight, or maybe they?re intentionally... moving slow so they don?t have to serve the line. SMH. I?ve been in line since 11pm. They close at 12pm. Once car has orderedper 10 mins. Read more
This place is ridiculous. living in the neighborhood and raising my children, of course we eat McDonalds. Well, they seem to... screw up my order 3 of 5 times. No straws, no sauce. Returned food given to another customer. It's pretty wild to witnessconsistently. Read more
