Horrible! They lock the doors and refuse to acknowledge any customer at the door. I place an order through the app and park at... the curbside. After 30 minutes of waiting I got a message saying my order was pick up. I never pick it up. I’ve been parkedwaiting for it. Finally when an employee showed up for the car next to me, who where waiting longer than me, I ask him about myorder. He said there’s nothing he can do. To call the 800 number. I said they could check the cameras if they thought I waslying, but refused. I tried placing my order again and they disable the curbside pick up now. I called the (559) number that’sposted on the window and left a voicemail about getting my money back for food that I never received. Read more

This place is a disaster they serve your food so late and they dont even give you your exact order and there really slow they... dont put effort in it this is the worst McDonald'd I have been to!! Read more

Does the corporation know y’all keep the doors locked and only allow drive thru? Pretty annoying to order in store or curbside... pick up on the app, pay, get to the store and then be told you have to wait in the drive they line that wraps around the wholebuilding….which is because they keep the doors locked Read more

I can't even begin with this location. I usually let mistakes slide in fast food. It's a stressful system, the job is rough, I... get it. But literally 4 separate visits in a row (after the third I even called to say something) is too much. Can't get eventhe most basic orders correct, it's a waste of time and money to expect them to follow through. Read more

I don't usually have bad things to say but today needs to be shared. First, I know that I am not the fastest at ordering food. ... There was no one behind me. I finally decided to order a deluxe chicken sandwich for 5$ and a caramel frappe around 2 pm onjune 22, 2022. While deciding, the drive thru person forgot to turn off her headset when talking smack about me not ordering.Then, I got to the pick up window and a different girl with an amazing attitude shared that there was no caramel for the drinkand handed me the smallest drink I have ever seen. I would have paid for the large. Window #1never asked about what size. Ithought there was only one. Then I got the rest of my order. When I opened it, it had the bun, two pickles and a piece ofchicken. Check the pick. I feel really frustrated with this McDonald's. It's now the closest to where I live, but I feel thatit may be better to drive a little further now. Read more
