we ordered 2 saparate order for large fries 1615 and 1616 they gave just one and took 15 minutes and they didnt even know how... to find correct order and why it not filled. they were mixing up . even supervisor were so stupid when i was giving number shecouldnt even find by order nunber . Hello, I have something to say, in this afternoon September,27 2021 an employee was discriminating an homeless that was buying... some fries! Telling her YOU CANNOT BEING HERE! Last time I purchased fries ???? to this McDonald's it disappoints me because it was a supervisor or manager, first I was... waiting to order and he was just looking at me and he ties he?s shoes, went to put salt on fries, put some sodas ???? on a cupand told me to wait and picked up some trash on the floor and keep on going without washing his hand. It was so disgustingseeing a manager or supervisor not being clean. Yes I order the fries but I threw them to the trash because he didn?t evenbother himself to clean his hands or used sanitizer. Only 2 people working and they, I believe, were both managers which just makes my encounter more disappointing. For starters I... got a large sweet tea and she didn't bother to fill the cup up all the way but it's just $1 and she had a line of customers so Ikept my mouth shut. Our food comes up and she sets the bag on the counter and walks away without even so much as a glance at us,so after waiting a few minutes just trying to get ketchup we reached over the counter and grabbed a few packets ourselves andleft. Whatever, not that big of a deal, it wasn't very far off anyway. Well I get to the car and open my burger with the tagthat says extra pickles and extra onions like I asked for and there is 2 pickles and no onions on it! I work in a restaurant, Iam a manager so I understand the importance of customer service.... so to have 2 managers working, neither smiling or trying tobe nice, neither being attentive and getting the simple order wrong on top of it is really disappointing. I will never go to this McDonald?s ever again. I had took both son and daughter to get a happy meal today 2/15/2018. The lady... that was ring us up made my son that is 6 cry. Told him he couldnt get a refill of his soda. We will never go back again!!!! Read more
Place is so dirty employees were slow and rude. I don?t recommend this McDonalds they?re terrible and the service there is... awful. One of the employee that worked morning shift last week on Saturday was nice at least but the other one that took myorder was awful gave me many attitudes. Read more
