We went in for dinner the other night and were pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was. The new owner seems to be making... some much needed improvements. Glad to see they kept the old staff, they are great. Not sure why they use a tray for one drink,and OMG, what is that smell in the bathroom hallway? Overall a good experience. Read more

Cons: -Food -service -price Pros: -Decently clean The potato salad tasted like fingernail polish remover. My Husbands water... tasted like dish water, My Dr. Pepper was refilled once but stayed empty the rest of the time, coffee was undrinkable, tastedburnt. The things about the food or drink that were not gross, were simply elevated ?Okay?. They were busy, not sure why,because we won?t ever go again. Server or cashier never asked how it was (they probably get tired of hearing how bad it is). I?mperplexed at the good reviews on here, It was nasty and over 50$ dollars for two people after tip (no alcohol). It?s gottapretty bad for me to say something, but after nobody asked or cared. I order a grilled chicken salad ???? and the greens were brown and old not fresh chicken was cold and it says grilled chicken... breast ( May b I read or understood the wrong thing) room was very hot. Waitress was very courteous and attentive with all ofus, that?s why I leave a big tip she deserved it. Read more
I'm not sure what happened to this place but we went there for dinner last night, we have the roast beef dinner and the turkey... dinner both were small portions and gravy out of a jar and watered down with no flavor at all. The worst part was the bread itwas ready to be made into croutons that is how stiff and dry it was, it's like it sat out of the bag for over a week the gravywouldn't even soak into it. We also tried the strawberry shortcake the shortcake was like a brick dense and no flavor the spoonwould not even penetrate it without stabbing it. They really need to check into their food quality as it has gone downhill overthe years this is the last time we will probably ever go there. And the worst part was our bill was almost $50 for two mealsthat we're not very edible at all. Read more

The restaurant was crowded for Saturday breakfast, we were greeted by Mark and seated pretty quickly. We had two children with... us and the kids loved their pancakes! We had the Cajun shrimp omelette, chicken fried steak and pastrami. We all enjoyed ourbreakfast. Service was a bit slow, food arrived without any silverware! Only 4 sets of silverware were brought to our party of6. They may have been shorthanded as everyone else is these days. Thank you mark for the hospitality, we will visit again! Read more
I've enjoyed eating at this diner in the past couple of months. However today, my server, "Cheryl," after delivering my meal and... Coke, never once came back to my table to check on refilling my drink. So for the entire second half of my meal, I was eatingwithout being able to wash my drink down. Too bad I can't give this diner four or five stars. Read more
