I had the Taco Salad and it was very good. Friend had the croissant breakfast sandwich and it was excellent also.
Okay, slow down people. If this place is getting such a high rating, I can only imagine how other places are. I had a... cheeseburger combo and a few quesabirrias. It didn't wow, definitely not a "hidden gem" many of you claim. It's not terrible,but it wasn't as advertised. Quesabirrias had very little meat (besides using 2 tiny tortillas) with very little flavor anddefinitely was not cheesy. The cheeseburger was very simple as well, nothing worth raving about. I tried to use the app to order today and it kept saying error try again later so I just called. The girl answered the phone and... no one said hello. I waited like 15 seconds hearing them talk to each other and said hello and the girl said in a veryunfriendly tone “this is the spot” I ordered and when I went to pick it up the girl was on her cell phone and again I had tosay hello before I was greeted. She said picking up and I said yes she said for..? I said actually they didn’t take my nameover the phone and she said oh you ordered over the phone, I know which order is yours. I informed her I was trying to use theapp but it kept saying error then the unfriendly tone came back and she said okay. The food was okay but I will never returnbecause the customer service was horrible. Taco Bros had better customer service AND food. I also wrote their Instagram to givethem a chance to respond before I publicly said anything and they left me on read. Of course they did. Mediocre food + terribleservice = a waste of time and money. The food is great and the prices are reasonable. They even gave us free delivery! Of course, it was only a short ride up the... elevator since we are in the same building. Tacos are great on Tuesday. The sandwich with pork belly is excellent, but tendsto fall apart, so hold it tight. Burgers are fantastic as are the garlic fries, but I don't know why they include the "Oh myGod, my mouth is on fire!" peppers in so many orders. We use them for self defense. Found this hidden gem after seeing ads and posts on Instagram. Called in my breakfast order and was ready when I arrived. Order... was hot still almost an hour after meaning the food was hot and fresh. So pleased with these burritos . Thank you so much,haven't had a burrito this good in a long time and the biscuits and gravy was perfect as well. Highly recommend for anyonelooking for a good service and a bite to eat downtown.
