We stopped at Ortegas for bkfst. My husband and I ordered Bkfst burritos (chorizo and All bkfst meats) the burritos were a good... size.. And overall were ok, the hashbrowns were a lil mushy and we were only given one salsa. The service was friendly andoverall welcoming... If i ever hit Bakersfield again id give em another try thou. If I could give this restaurant a -0 I would they are ripping people off heads up do not use your credit card or debit card at... this place. They gave me a receipt for $62.82 but charge my credit card $75.37. I called and spoke to the manager letting herknow what was going on and asked her to refund me the amount that was charged to my credit card she stated for me to call thebank and deal with my bank. When I pulled up to the speaker, there was a car at the window and I noticed the lady working in the drive thru was chatting... with the person at the window while they waited on their order, which is fine, but also do your job. When I got up to thewindow, only half of my order had been placed and I didn't have time to wait for a new order to be placed, because I had to getback to work. I can't help but to feel that if she hadn't been smiling all in that guy's face she would have gotten the orderright. Read more
