every time we place an online order they mysteriously "never get it," despite having receipts and proof of purchase on our end,... forcing us to wait while they make what should have been ready. and every time we go through the drive-thru, the attitudes allaround are awful and they never give you the sauce you ask for, or if they do, they give like 1 packet to split between 4 orders- so that's either intentional just to be spiteful OR it shows the severe lack of attention or consideration given toorders/requests. basically it's glaringly obvious that the employees don't want to be there and don't care about/have anystandards. one additional star simply because the line is generally quick and the orders (aside from the sauce) are very rarelyincorrect or missing anything. It's Panda!! This location was clean, quick with the orders, and on this visit had all the dishes made and ready to go, rare... lately on my panda visits. Food quality was what you would expect, and prices on par with SoCal. The dining room was clean forthe most part, but the service tray could have been cleaned, looked like they dropped sauce on it.
