every time we place an online order they mysteriously "never get it," despite having receipts and proof of purchase on our end,... forcing us to wait while they make what should have been ready. and every time we go through the drive-thru, the attitudes allaround are awful and they never give you the sauce you ask for, or if they do, they give like 1 packet to split between 4 orders- so that's either intentional just to be spiteful OR it shows the severe lack of attention or consideration given toorders/requests. basically it's glaringly obvious that the employees don't want to be there and don't care about/have anystandards. one additional star simply because the line is generally quick and the orders (aside from the sauce) are very rarelyincorrect or missing anything. It's Panda!! This location was clean, quick with the orders, and on this visit had all the dishes made and ready to go, rare... lately on my panda visits. Food quality was what you would expect, and prices on par with SoCal. The dining room was clean forthe most part, but the service tray could have been cleaned, looked like they dropped sauce on it. So I came here Thursday for my lunch break. My order was mushroom chicken bejin beef and rice, the employees literally put rice... under the protein just to not give more. Such a disappointment, I did not have time to go back and have them remake my foodbecause I was in my 30 min break. This is ridiculous not only the price went up but they also purposely give you more rice thanactual main dish. I would not recommend Panda Express it was a bad experience. Read more
So lately, Panda hasn't been it's best but this time is ridiculous. Our chow mein is like 90% raw cabbage and onion, and my... Honey Walnut Shrimp definitely wasn't fried long enough before being added to the sauce. It has the texture of oatmeal. I amtrying to salvage the shrimp by airfrying it as I type. Right here on merle haggard drive there’s several places to eat. You have a Dell taco, McDonald’s and next-door to the... McDonald’s is panda express. It was lunchtime and the drive-through was busy so I walked in to get my mail. I ordered the bowlwith chow mein and sweet fire chicken breast. This is why we stopped going to Panda, you pay over $25 for hardly any freaking food! We used to love Panda but now, we will go... elsewhere. It’s definitely gone down hill and it’s disappointing. Read more
