Worse staff ever in the drive thru!!!! I love panda express with the experience with the staff was awful!!! The girl would keep... repeating anything else anything else before I could even finish my sentences. Very unfriendly! And to top it off they did notgive me my complete order. It appeared to me they were busy chit chatting and just wanted me gone. Also the portions from thisPanda are always very small and not very well cooked. The broccoli for my kids was very hard. It was well stocked and quiet on my visit. Very clean, but small, has a drive thrubfor convenience and located right off the 58.
This is usually our go to Chinese food place, even though they mess up our order about 10% of the time. They also have a bad... habit of scraping the chowmein until its basically all vegetables. But today is the last time. With everything going on rightnow, the women at the drive through was serving our food into the containers at the drive through with her mask around her neck.Not a bad thing at first. But then she starts talking all over the food in the warmers and I saw a bit of spit go onto the food. In normal times this would be bad but during a pandemic this should not happen. Also can't explain how this can even qualify aschowmein. Its almost all cabbage. Read more
Amanda was the person that took my order on the drive thru, she was having a bad attitude, I went just before 8 pm and she told... me they didn?t have any fried rice for the rest of the night. I also wanted to add an extra plate at the window when I paybecause she had forgot to add it and she refuse to add it and told me I need it to go again at the drive tru. Mariah was my server. When I walked in the restaurant, she didn?t greet me once. Instead she received me with a very bad... attitude. When I pointed out one of the options of my side order, she very rudely ignored me. I then told her once more what Iwanted and she was only tossing food around. I told her, ?with that bad attitude (she) should?ve not come to work this dayIf shehad a bad attitude.? This is a restaurant industry and it requires good customer service for the customer. I believe she shouldget re-trained. I understand that sometimes you have a bad day, but she should not take it out on the customers. Besides thatbad encounter, another young lady nicely offered to help me once she saw the situation. Overall, the food was good, but it was abad experience for being my first time here. Read more
