I waited until I had four separate orders on separate days throughout a year where this restaurant was just gross before I... finally wrote a review. Out of the entire country this is the only Panda Express I've ever had an issue with. Between them nothaving anything available to the disgusting quality. Lately their chow mein has been all chopped up into small pieces and tastesalmost sour tasting. Celery undercooked in my black pepper chicken pretty much raw. And today I ordered orange chicken and theysent me some abomination that was dark brown like spicy barbecue chicken like they had put the wrong sauce on there. It tastedlike if the Beijing beef and orange chicken had a baby. They also only gave me nine out of the 12 Rangoon I ordered. Staff was nice, but when told I had to wait for them to make more of what I ordered it was an inconvenience!! I get my order and... leave and walk back to my hotel which was two miles and get ready to eat my meal. I open the plate box to find only one servingof chicken when I ordered a two plate combo! I call Panda Express and the staff was stand off ish and was not willing to helpresolve there mistakes! Made it seem like it was my fault I didn?t want to walk 4 miles again to resolve the situation that theyhad caused. To anyone else who goes to this location make sure to check your meal helpings before leave! I am a truck driver and I would always stop here to pick up lunch and go. This will be my last time coming here. For the last 3... times my chow mein would taste burnt. Today Mauricio took my order, he don't care and don't know costumer service. When I asked from him to make me a new chicken and... beans because I saw there is barley something there, so he tried to put me the left overs that left there and there is nochicken at all , I posted a picture. Me and my husband came to enjoy a nice simple lunch together and left completely disgusted! There was a roach dangling over our... plates at the small table we were sitting at against the wall. We asked for a refund and was told there was absolutely nomanagement on site that could assist us! We were sent to a different location to replace our meals. Horrible. They are usually good but my meat wasn't cooked my onions and mushrooms were raw i got a side of veggies and they were... hard as a rock and all i got was 2 heads of broccoli for what 3 or 4 bucks whhhaatt??its hard to see in photo but the middle wasbloody. I ordered through DoorDash I received my order without any teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken, or a fork, no sauces or... napkins, and my fortune cookie was placed inside my plate on top of my food. Read more
